Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Manaale Jewels, we take great pride in crafting quality jewellery and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
🔸 Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- Customers are allowed to cancel their order up to 2 times only per account in a month.
- Cancellations requested after 24 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- To cancel an order, please email us at jewelsbymanaal@gmail.com or call us at +91 96331 75670 with your Order ID and registered contact details.
- Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
🔸 Return & Replacement
Due to hygiene and the delicate nature of jewellery, we only accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
- You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Kindly share an unboxing video and clear photos for verification.
- Eligible returns will be replaced with the same product or store credit, based on availability.
🔸 Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only under these conditions:
- For prepaid cancelled orders (within the allowed 24-hour window).
- For returned orders accepted due to damage, defect, or wrong item delivered.
Refund Timeline:
- Once cancellation is confirmed within the eligible time frame, your refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days.
- The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 10–15 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
Please note:
- Refunds are not applicable for:
- Orders cancelled after 24 hours.
- Repeated cancellations beyond the monthly limit.
- Customized jewellery or made-to-order items.
- Items returned without original packaging.
- Any product reported after the 48-hour return window.
